Summary:Experienced Okta CIAM Engineer/Architect to lead the design, integration, and support of customer identity solutions using Oktas Customer Identity Cloud. This role focuses on secure authentication, application onboarding, and troubleshooting identity-related issues across B2C/B2B platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Define and manage authentication/authorization policies.-Troubleshoot login failures, access issues, MFA configurations, and policy violations.-Maintain and update integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and identity gateways.-Analyze incident trends and recommend improvements.-Lead application onboarding:gather requirements, build/test/deploy integrations, validate access, and manage go-live signoffs.-Facilitate quarterly planning and coordination with stakeholders for onboarding to Okta and EntraID.Professional & Technical Skills:

-Strong grasp of CIAM concepts and Okta CIAM (Auth0).-Expertise in OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2.0, SCIM, and MFA.-Experience with web/mobile app integration and API security.-Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for automation.-Preferred Skills Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).-Experience with Okta Advanced Server Access and identity analytics.-Certifications (Preferred)Okta Certified Professional / Consultant, OAuth/OIDC or IAM-related certifications
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
