SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entra ID B2C Engineer to support the implementation and day-to-day administration of consumer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID B2C. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring user flows, integrating applications, and supporting B2C features such as SSO, social logins, and multi-factor authentication. This role offers opportunities to work on user journey customization, federation setup, and application onboarding under the guidance of senior architects.________________________________________
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Entra ID B2C tenant features, including user flows and application registrations.Integrate external applications (web/mobile) with Entra ID B2C using OpenID Connect, OAuth2, or SAML protocols.Assist in configuring social identity providers (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) and support federation with enterprise IDPs.Customize and manage B2C sign-in/sign-up pages with branding, localization, and domain settings.Configure MFA, terms of use, password reset policies, and email verifications.Collaborate with development and UX teams to test and validate identity integrations.Support user journey enhancements using custom UI hosting and basic custom policy configuration.Troubleshoot authentication and token issues using tools like Fiddler, Postman, and Application Insights.Maintain documentation for application onboarding, user flows, and tenant settings.Assist in maintaining Azure AD B2C monitoring, audit logs, and support tickets.________________________________________Professional & Technical SkillsEager to learn and grow in the CIAM domain.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.Ability to follow project documentation, configurations, and change management processes.25 years of experience in:oMicrosoft Entra ID B2C:Basic configuration, user flows, brandingoIntegrating applications with OAuth2, OIDC, and SAMLoWorking with social logins and external IDPsFamiliarity with:oJWT tokens, claims, scopesoApplication registrations in Azure portaloPowerShell or Microsoft Graph API (basic usage)oCustom domain setup, UI hosting on Azure StorageBasic experience using:oFiddler, Postman, Developer Tools for debuggingoAzure Monitor, App Insights, and Audit LogsPreferred certifications:oSC-900 (Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals)oSC-300 (Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator Associate) Additional Information:Minimum 2 or more years experience in Entra B2C experience in implementation and support.This position is based on Pan India locationA 15-year full time education is required Qualification
