Security Analyst - VAPT

As a Security Analyst in Kochi, your role will involve executing Security Testing Services delivery with a focus on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (systems, networks, web-based, and mobile), Secure Code Review (SAST, DAST), and Secure Config Review (Cloud, On-Premise). You will review technical findings, test cases, test plan, and security testing reports ensuring the timeliness of report delivery and resolving client issues and escalations. Additionally, you will provide recommendations, solutions, and remediation for security improvements to Customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Quality of Service Delivery by ensuring the accuracy of project scope and deliverables, quality of the security testing process, and report delivery. You will also be responsible for fostering positive Customer relations through effective communication skills, on-time delivery, and resolving client issues promptly. Efficiency in the Security Testing Process will be key, involving the development and following of processes, creating automation frameworks, and utilizing tools/scripts efficiently. Continuous Improvement & Innovation are crucial aspects of your role, requiring the implementation of innovative ideas and approaches to security testing and staying updated on new tools, attacks, vulnerabilities, and exploits. The competencies required for this role include 1-3 years of experience in Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing, proficiency in Scripting & Programming (Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, or .Net technologies), knowledge of database concepts and query execution, and a good understanding of network protocols.
