Unprofessional Staff, Poor Services, Fake Commitments, No support. They don't reply to emails once policy is issued their only interest is taking the money. It was a mistake buying marine insurance from Secure now will make sure none of My family or friend's buys any policy from this company.

Very poor response form your team. To get a simple transit insurance they took full day and so much of follow up. Not worthy to deal such irresponsible team. Your website is very good and professional but your infra is so poor that we cant trust specially if same day consignment insurance is required
