We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support client servicing operations for group health insurance. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with prior experience handling TPA operations and servicing large corporate accounts (50+ clients). The role involves supporting claims, endorsements, and other service tasks as assigned, while also contributing to business development through referrals and account references. Key Responsibilities: Handle client service tasks including: Claims coordination and follow-ups with TPA/insurer. Policy endorsements (additions/deletions/changes). Documentation and query resolution. Maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients under the guidance of the reporting manager. Coordinate with internal teams and TPAs to ensure smooth and timely servicing. Meet performance targets related to service quality and client satisfaction. Generate references and account leads from previously serviced clients to support B2B sales efforts. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Undertake any additional responsibility as assigned by the reporting manager. Required Skills & Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a TPA, insurance company, or insurance broker firm handling group health insurance. Prior exposure to servicing 50+ corporate clients is preferred. Familiarity with claims process and endorsement documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the local language is essential. Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under supervision. Need to build repo with SPOC HR of the corporate, and help him/ her in there need, arrange Wellness camps for clients. Update them the benefit of using our Notify App, and maintaining CD balance in their accounts. Generate Leads with help of their allotted clients . Update Google sheet on daily basis, for all discussion with clients, mention there Issues & when resolve it should be updated. Work closely on high ageing Endorsement & Claims cases for their allotted clients, and guide them in case of any deficiency documents required from them. Conduct Wellness camps, helpdesk on claims, endorsements on regular basis. Policy orientation. Must have 2-5 years of experience in an similar profile.

Manage end-to-end claims process for corporate insurance policies (GMC, GPA, WC, Fire, etc). Coordinate with clients, insurers, and TPAs to ensure timely documentation and settlement . Track claim status and provide regular updates to clients. Analyze claim patterns and support clients with insights and loss mitigation strategies. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintain claim MIS reports. Assist clients during audits or investigations, where required. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate insurance claims handling. Strong understanding of Group Mediclaim , GPA , and WC policies. Excellent communication and client coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple cases. Knowledge of insurer and TPA claim portals is a plus.
