As a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Animator, you will join a dynamic team where your strong background in visual design and animation will be valued. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools is essential, with a preference for candidates experienced in the eLearning industry. Knowledge of Articulate Storyline is considered a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital content. - Create 2D character animations and motion graphics for educational videos, demos, and other learning content. - Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to deliver high-quality learning experiences. - Convert static designs into animated and interactive content using tools like Adobe Animate and After Effects. - Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and After Effects. - Awareness of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance design and animation workflows. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and composition. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the eLearning domain. - Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise. - Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience: - 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in graphic design and animation. - Freshers with hands-on knowledge of the above-mentioned software are encouraged to apply for internship positions.
