Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service to join our team at Trawel.in. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their travel bookings, queries, and issues are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

The Chief Coordinator will work directly with the Founder/MD to manage day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, communication, and execution across all functions of the business. The role is designed so that the Founder focuses on thinking and decision-making, while the Chief Coordinator executes and gets things done through the team and external stakeholders.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all follow-ups for tasks given by the Founder to internal teams and external partners, ensuring commitments on clear dates and times and closing the loop on each task.​
  • Act as the single point of coordination for the Founder’s work: scheduling, email management, call handling, documentation, and ensuring no task falls through the cracks.​
  • Coordinate with all departments (sales, operations, finance, marketing, vendors) to get work done on behalf of the Founder, including persistent but respectful follow-up with senior employees.​
  • Manage and track a Delegation/Follow-up Sheet daily, maintaining a live task list, transferring tasks across days, and updating status rigorously.​
  • Draft emails, official letters, proposals, and basic documents with strong written English; handle standard communication independently after initial guidance.​
  • Conduct online research (especially via Google), prepare summaries/printouts, and support the Founder in further deep-dive research work.​
  • Handle select personal coordination tasks for the Founder (such as bookings, errands coordination, household work coordination, etc.) to free up the Founder’s time.​
  • Support induction and coordination with a runner/office assistant for physical tasks and document movement.​

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Admin Coordinator, preferably working directly with the MD/Founder or senior leadership.​
  • Outstanding follow-up skills and task-tracking discipline; this is the most critical requirement for the role.​
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic to intermediate functions like sorting, filters, simple formulas; advanced functions are a plus) and Word.​
  • Good command over written and spoken English, with the ability to draft professional emails and documents.​
  • Comfort with internet research and using Google effectively to find and organize information.​
  • Proven ability to get work done from other employees, handle ego/resistance calmly, and maintain professionalism at all times.​
  • High integrity, reliability, and job stability in previous roles, with strong references from last employers.​

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a natural bias towards closure and accountability.​
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility; proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems.​
  • Emotionally mature, discreet, and trustworthy, handling sensitive and confidential information with care.​
  • Comfortable working closely with the Founder, including handling personal as well as professional coordination tasks.​

Location and Working Style

  • Based within a reasonable commute from the office (around 35 minutes preferred), with willingness to align working hours to the Founder’s schedule when needed.​
  • Open to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where roles evolve and responsibilities expand as the business grows.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
