Role: The Incumbent must be a Graduate with 5 years+ of experience as MIS Coordinator or EA to Director in any Industry .

Salary : Upto 40k in hand.

managing the MD's schedule, communications, and critical business activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Travel: Managing the MD's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visa/accommodation.
• Communication: Handling the MD's correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
• Documentation: Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the MD.
• Meeting Preparation: Organizing meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared, including preparing agendas and briefings.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining the MD's office systems, managing contacts, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Event Support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹40,757.02 per month
