SecOps Engineer Lead

Role Overview: As a SecOps Engineer Lead with 5 - 12 years of experience, your main responsibility is to plan proactively to remediate vulnerabilities and meet technical security requirements. You will communicate the progress of patching activities to stakeholders and monitor and track the progress of team members in different engineering towers. Additionally, you will assist and coordinate team members in the onboarding or offboarding process, establish relationships with relevant stakeholders, monitor security controls against various threats, and discuss weaknesses with the appropriate teams. Furthermore, you will carry out other technical responsibilities and provide consultations to relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan proactively to remediate vulnerabilities and meet technical security requirements. - Communicate progress of patching activities to stakeholders. - Monitor and track the progress of team members in different engineering towers. - Assist and coordinate team members in the onboarding or offboarding process. - Establish relationships with relevant stakeholders. - Monitor security controls against various threats and discuss weaknesses with the appropriate teams. - Carry out other technical responsibilities and provide consultations to relevant stakeholders. Qualification Required: Desirable qualifications for this role include: - Proficiency in Linux and patching skills. - Understanding of Change Management Process. - Familiarity with tools like Telegraph, Influxdb, Chronograf, Kapacitor, Grafana, Indeni, and Mandiant. - Ability to work in different shifts if required. - Knowledge of MITRE and cyber security threats. - 2+ years of experience in Linux patching.,
