Secondary Design Engineer

Role Overview: As a part of the AIS, LTB Secondary Engineering team at Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC), you will play a crucial role in supporting Project managers by working on project-specific engineering documents and drawings that need modifications after sales. You will be responsible for preparing electrical schematic diagrams using CAD tools, reviewing SLD and protection logics, generating BoM, addressing technical queries from customers, and coordinating with various cross functions to ensure project requirements are met. Your collaborative skills and attention to detail will be key in successfully completing tasks and providing technical support to customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare electrical schematic diagrams in CAD tools like E3, AutoCAD, or similar tools for control cubicles of high voltage Breakers, Capacitor Banks, Disconnectors, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and other HVC Related Products - Review SLD, Protection, and Trip Logics of customers/stakeholders - Generate BoM of modules and products, create part numbers using SAP, and review schematic diagrams and 2D/3D drawings - Prepare guaranteed technical parameters for various high voltage components - Address technical queries raised by customers during project closure - Support onsite installation and commissioning colleagues with technical assistance - Coordinate with customers to resolve technical queries and ensure timely approval of engineering drawings - Maintain and update documentation for respective projects according to quality processes - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - Hands-on experience in CAD tools like E3, AutoCAD, or similar software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
