SE - PowerBI

As a SE - PowerBI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Your role will involve optimizing Power BI reports with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability. You will also integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics or APIs. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining robust data models to support reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Optimize Power BI reports with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability. - Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics or APIs. - Develop and maintain robust data models to support reporting and analytics. - Implement ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. - Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions. - Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, and availability. - Design and maintain paginated reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). - Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver custom reports. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL programming. - Experience with SSIS for ETL processes and SSRS for report creation. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema). - Familiarity with Power BI service (publishing, sharing, and scheduling reports). - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M Query in Power BI. - Familiarity with Power BI embedded analytics and APIs. - Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or similar.,
