Role Description We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to lead our expansion in Southern India . This is a high-impact role where your expertise in condition monitoring or reliability will directly translate into solving real industrial challenges. This position is ideal for a CAT II Vibration Analyst , Level 1 Ultrasound Analyst , or a professional with proven experience in the reliability space who also thrives in sales environments. You will leverage your technical know-how and customer-facing skills to build relationships, deliver value-driven solutions, and close high-impact deals. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Drive Sales – Own sales growth in Southern India through lead generation, customer acquisition, and account development. 🔹 Customer Engagement – Engage with maintenance managers, reliability engineers, and plant heads to understand needs and propose effective solutions. 🔹 Technical Selling – Use your knowledge in reliability and CBM technologies to position ultrasound and vibration tools effectively. 🔹 Strategic Planning – Develop territory plans and meet quarterly/annual revenue targets. 🔹 Insight & Intelligence – Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to guide future initiatives. 🔹 Pipeline & CRM – Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data via CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 🔹 Solution Delivery – Conduct product demos, site visits, and training sessions when needed. Who Should Apply? 🎓 Education : Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
