Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the Business Development team, ensuring that both individual and team sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.Strategic Guidance: Provide ongoing strategic direction, motivation, and on-ground support to the team, helping them close deals successfully.B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and target potential B2B clients, especially in sectors like manufacturing units, machine manufacturers, and MSME stakeholders.Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies aimed at increasing market penetration, expanding the client base, and driving business growth.Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed on industrial loan schemes, government subsidies, and financial policies to provide relevant insights to clients.Sales Support & Closing: Work closely with the team to assess client needs, address objections, and facilitate the closing of deals.Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of the Business Development team, provide actionable feedback, and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads.Networking & Brand Visibility: Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums to boost the company's brand visibility and foster new business opportunities.Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a leadership role.
