As a Production Specialist, your role is crucial in supporting process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the team, resolving technical escalations, and enhancing technical capabilities within the team members. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing daily transactions and performance parameters to oversee and support the process - Monitoring performance dashboard and scores of the team while providing technical support and guidance to improve performance - Recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received and resolutions undertaken - Ensuring adherence to standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries within defined SLAs - Developing a deep understanding of processes/products to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting - Analyzing call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future issues - Handling technical escalations effectively by diagnosing and troubleshooting client queries - Escalating serious client issues promptly to the Team Leader when necessary - Providing product support to clients and guiding them through solutions in a professional manner - Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance technical knowledge and operational excellence - Conducting product-specific trainings to bridge skill gaps and ensure superior customer service levels - Staying updated with product features and enhancements through regular trainings and self-learning opportunities Performance Parameters: - Process: Number of cases resolved per day, compliance with quality standards, meeting SLAs, Pulse score, customer feedback - Team Management: Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism - Capability Development: Completion of triages, Technical Test performance Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad Experience: 5 to 10 years in software test automation using Java, with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, Postman, and relevant tools like Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG. Good communication skills and manual testing experience on web applications are advantageous.
