Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Lead and mentor junior testers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as Selenium or Appium.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in managing and motivating junior testers.
