SDET (Automation)

As a part of the SDET (Automation) team at Docquity, your role involves analyzing business requirements to determine the automation testing strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing new test scripts using Appium/selenium, maintaining existing test scripts/regression suites, and attending Agile meetings for assigned projects. You will be required to understand the business requirements, application, and its components, as well as develop and execute automation test scripts. Additionally, you will review test reports, prepare test summary reports, and create test scenarios/cases/execution and test results. Qualifications required for this role include a BTech/MTech in CS/IT. You are expected to have strong Java programming skills, hands-on experience with Appium for Android and iOS, and expertise in automation framework development using Appium. Experience with open-source tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, Maven, and Testing, as well as familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse, Browser Stack, and Charles Proxy is essential.
