SDET (Automation)

As an SDET (Automation) at Docquity, you will play a crucial role in the analysis of business requirements to determine the test strategy covered by automation testing. Your responsibilities will include developing new test scripts using Appium/Selenium, maintaining existing test scripts/regression suites, and attending Agile meetings such as Daily scrum meeting, Sprint planning, and Backlog refinement for assigned projects. You are expected to understand the business requirements, applications, and their components to develop and execute automation test scripts. Additionally, you will review test reports, prepare test summary reports, and create test scenarios/cases/execution and test results. Qualifications Required: - BTech/MTech in CS/IT Expectations from you: - Strong proficiency in Java Programming - Hands-on experience with Appium for Android and iOS - Experience in test automation for hybrid and native mobile applications - Expertise in automation framework development using Appium - Familiarity with Eclipse, JUnit, Maven, and other open-source tools - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse, Browser Stack, Charles Proxy, etc. At Docquity, we have fostered a culture where every individual's contribution makes a significant difference.
