You will be joining PGAGI Consultancy Pvt. Ltd as a Software Development Engineer in Bengaluru, India. Your core responsibilities as an SDE will involve designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web and mobile applications to ensure exceptional performance and seamless user experiences. Preferred qualifications for this role include previous experience in SaaS product development, a background in product-based startups, a minimum of 1 year of frontend development experience, and familiarity with Flutter cross-platform development for iOS and Android. In the capacity of an SDE at PGAGI, you will oversee project timelines, assign tasks, and guarantee the punctual delivery of features. Your role will also encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable solutions. You will be responsible for developing robust frontend and cross-platform mobile architectures that deliver high performance. Efficient structuring of components and management of data flows in React, Next.js, and Flutter applications will be crucial to your success. Your tasks will also involve the optimization of web and mobile applications for rapid loading times and seamless user experiences. Implementing best practices such as code splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization will be key to ensuring optimal performance. Utilization of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, Provider, Riverpod, and Bloc, along with expertise in TypeScript and Dart for building robust and type-safe applications will be an integral part of your role. Additionally, developing responsive UIs using SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter widgets to ensure cross-device compatibility will be expected. Writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and Flutter testing tools, as well as efficiently debugging and troubleshooting frontend and mobile application issues are essential responsibilities. Collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals will be a critical aspect of your work. You will work with build tools such as Webpack, Parcel, Vite, Gulp, and Flutter build tools to optimize workflows and enhance build processes for improved performance and scalability. Utilizing Git and GitHub for version control, following collaborative best practices, and facilitating effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders will also be part of your daily activities.
