SDE 3 - Fullstack (Angular Js + Java)

In this role at Crimson Enago, you will play a key part in leading a team of young talented web developers as an SDE-3 Fullstack. Your primary responsibility will be to actively lead the team in end-to-end project development and delivery, working closely with the Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, other SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager. Your typical day will involve coding 100% of the time. As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have 5+ years of enterprise frontend-full-stack web experience, focusing on the AngularJS-Java-AWS stack. Here are some key skills and qualities we are looking for in you: - Excellent research skills to solve complex business problems. - Experience with unit and integration testing, promoting extensive test coverage and automation. - Design and conduct high-quality code reviews, maintaining highly performant, testable code using strong software design patterns. - Ability to design optimized scalable solutions and break down complex problems into manageable tasks. - Collaborate with the tech team to find optimal solutions and estimate project efforts accurately. - Work with senior developers to optimize cloud infrastructure and associated costs. - Familiarity with best practices around project deployment and educating the team about them. - Actively participate in the hiring process to build a strong tech team with specific characteristics. In terms of experience, you should have: - 2+ years of solution architecting experience. - 5+ years of frontend-full-stack experience with AngularJS and Java. - Proficiency in working with relational and document databases, CI/CD, and AWS technologies. - Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks with CDN setup and optimization. - Attention to detail and a focus on creating a formidable frontend team. - Strong experience in developer tooling and workflows, testing, monitoring, and observability. - Collaboration skills and experience in working on high-impact projects. - Proficiency in profiling and impact analysis for written code. - Experience with Elasticsearch server cluster optimization and Apache Spark/Ray is an added advantage.
