SDE - 1 (Backend Developer)

Job Description: As a back-end developer at Tyroos Vidtech.ai, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for architecting and developing essential systems and features for our marketing automation products. With a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in building systems using Python with the Flask Framework, you will bring your expertise to create scalable solutions that meet our high availability and low latency requirements. Your role will also involve mentoring and managing junior resources, ensuring the growth and success of the team. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you work with microservices and serverless architectural patterns, databases such as MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and authentication/authorization mechanisms like OAuth and JWT will be essential. Experience with Version Control Tools like Git, Package Managers such as npm, yarn, and pip, and a dedication to coding standards and unit testing will set you up for success in this role. Your ability to tackle complex business problems, demonstrate thought leadership, and effectively collaborate with Business and Product teams will be crucial. You should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to adapting to the evolving software development landscape. Contributing to best practices, effective design patterns, and continuous upskilling will be part of your responsibilities.
