Scriptwriter / Content Strategist

As a Scriptwriter & Content Strategist, your role will involve writing engaging, fast-paced scripts for vertical 90s episodic content. You will be crafting hooks, escalations, mini twists, and cliffhangers tailored for mobile consumption. Collaboration on story arcs and character development across 60-80 episode series will also be a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will review, edit, and structure scripts submitted by external production houses, maintaining tone, pace, and plot consistency across all episodes. Curating references and format guides for external writers, leading script feedback sessions, and managing internal/external writing workflows are also key aspects of your role. - Exceptional fiction writing skills with a strong grasp of visual storytelling - Experience in writing for short-format, episodic, or reel-style content - Deep understanding of audience retention patterns in vertical video formats - Passion for character-driven narratives, emotional tension, and cliffhanger rhythm - Ability to balance creative voice with content structure and pacing demands,
