Job Title: Script Writer (YouTube & Instagram)

Job Type: WFH or In-office (we prefer in-office)
Working Hrs: Full-Time (10:30 am – 7:00 pm)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Agency/Brand experience mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and marketing-driven Script Writer to join Fx Retina’s content team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience writing engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and branded ad content. You’ll play a key role in developing performance-focused storytelling that resonates with audiences while aligning with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling, well-researched, and engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and ad creatives.
• Understand client/business objectives and craft scripts that drive conversions, awareness, or engagement.
• Conduct basic competitor & industry research to ensure scripts stand out.
• Collaborate with video editors, content creators, and marketing managers to refine scripts.
• Use AI & LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to brainstorm ideas, generate outlines, and optimize scripts.
• Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across multiple projects.
• Adapt storytelling style for different platforms (long-form vs. short-form content).

Requirements:

✅ 1–2 years of script writing experience (agency/brand preferred).
✅ Proven portfolio of scripts written for ads, YouTube, or Instagram.
✅ Strong understanding of marketing, advertising principles, and audience psychology.
✅ Experience in competitor research & content ideation.✅ Must be proficient in English & Hindi scripting (preferred).
✅ Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) effectively.
✅ Strong collaboration and time management skills.
