Job Summary: We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various roles in our company. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring requirements for different departments Post jobs on relevant portals and social media platforms Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain and update candidate tracker and recruitment reports Follow up with candidates during the entire hiring process Ensure timely closure of open positions Maintain a strong database for future hiring needs Required Skills: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy) Strong communication and convincing skills Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Basic Excel and documentation knowledge Ability to handle multiple positions at once Fast and target-oriented approach Perks & Benefits: Friendly work culture Exposure to internal hiring strategy Growth opportunities in HR Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
