SCM - Transport Coordinator

Job Description: You are a Senior Executive who will be responsible for overseeing transportation management operations, utilizing transportation management software, and leveraging data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your duties and responsibilities include managing and optimizing transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, utilizing transportation management software to track shipments and analyze performance metrics, conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in transportation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement transportation strategies, and preparing reports and presentations for management on transportation performance and analytics. To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in transportation management or a related field. Proficiency in transportation management software and data analytics tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Hindi are essential qualifications. Key competencies for this position include attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills, adaptability, willingness to learn new technologies, and proficiency in Hindi.
