Additionally, you will be creating learning content such as student modules and teacher guidelines to support these activities. It will be essential to test and validate the effectiveness of these activities in real classroom settings and to stay updated on best practices and innovative pedagogies in mathematics education. Role Overview As an Academic coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our implementation strategy. You will train, coach, and mentor schoolteachers to adopt experiential teaching methodologies using our science learning tools and resources. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our program is delivered with fidelity, quality, and impact. Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and effective teacher training sessions aligned with our product philosophy. Observe classroom sessions, provide feedback, and support teachers in refining their instructional practices. Work closely with academic coordinators and school leaders to support long-term adoption. Develop and refine training resources, session plans, and support materials. Track implementation progress, gather feedback, and provide insights for product and training improvement. Contribute to review meetings, reports, and planning for ongoing teacher development. Key Requirements Post-graduation degree in Science with 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in middle or high school science. Prior experience in teacher training or academic mentoring is a strong advantage. Passion for hands-on, inquiry-based learning and pedagogical innovation. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Willingness to travel to partner schools as required. Preferred Exposure to experiential or activity-based teaching models (e.g., STEM labs, ATL, etc.). Familiarity with state and national education frameworks (NCF, SCF, NEP). Comfort with basic data tracking and digital tools (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
