Job Description: SciGenom Research Foundation (SGRF) is looking for a friendly, well-organised Receptionist at Fort Kochi, Kerala to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and tourists The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Malayalam and the ability to handle basic administrative tasks using a laptop or desktop system. Key Responsibilities: Promote the heritage tours from Fort Kochi to Kerala Kalamandalam and Hortus Malabaricus Botanical Garden, in Cheruthuruthi, Thrissur. Handle bookings and attend to visitor queries and guide them effectively. Handle incoming phone calls and maintain visitor records. Assist with basic computer-based tasks such as emails, data entry, and scheduling. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 4 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): When can you join?
