Key Responsibilities: Perform NGS data analysis for various applications: WGS, RNA-Seq, Small RNA, Metagenomics (16S, ITS, Whole), QTL-Seq, Exome sequencing Develop and implement robust bioinformatics pipelines for automation and scalability Handle data processing workflows , scripting, and automation Ensure timely project delivery , managing deadlines and deliverables Interpret and analyze NGS results to support internal and customer research goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align bioinformatics solutions with customer needs Qualifications: MSc / M.Tech / PhD in Bioinformatics , Biotechnology, Computational Biology, or a related field Experience in NGS data analysis and pipeline development
