Science Teacher (Male)

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Science Teacher/Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in science education, looking to share their knowledge and inspire students.

Key Responsibility

l Lesson Delivery: Teach science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science) to students based on provided curriculum.

l Lesson Planning: Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to help students achieve academic goals.

l Student Engagement: Create a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.

l Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback and recommendations for improvement.

l Adherence to Standards: Ensure teaching materials and techniques are aligned with academic and institutional standards.

l Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with students and supervisors to discuss performance and any issues that arise.

l Support: Provide additional help to students who may be struggling with specific topics or assignments.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting School, colleges, Universities or healthcare Sector.

l Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and newsletters, translating complex scientific concepts into easy-to-understand messaging.

Qualification:

l Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Science (or related field). A Master's degree or teaching certification is a plus.

l Experience: Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong science background are also encouraged to apply.

l Knowledge: Strong understanding of science subjects and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

l Passion for Teaching: A genuine interest in helping students succeed and develop a passion for science.

Training Provided:

Before starting the teaching assignments, the company will provide comprehensive training for the candidate. The training will cover:

l Teaching Techniques: Effective methods and strategies for delivering engaging and impactful lessons.

l Curriculum Familiarization: In-depth orientation on the specific science curriculum that will be used in your classes.

l Classroom Management: Guidance on managing diverse student groups and fostering a positive learning environment.

*This training ensures that all instructors are well-prepared before they begin their teaching assignments in the School/college setting.
