Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Science Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, develop effective learning materials, and support students in achieving academic success. This role involves teaching undergraduate/graduate courses, conducting assessments, and contributing to curriculum development. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for science education, and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in assigned science subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and course content aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and practical evaluations.
• Provide academic support, mentoring, and constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and progress.
• Develop and update curriculum content to reflect current scientific knowledge and industry trends.
• Conduct or support research, scholarly activities, or departmental projects as required.
• Ensure safe and effective use of laboratory equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and contribute to program improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ph.D./Master of Science or a closely related field.
• Math's, Physics.
• Evidence of or potential for effective teaching at the college/university level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and research.

Preferred:

• Experience teaching a range of computer science topics.
• A record of peer-reviewed publications and scholarly activity.
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration or industry partnerships.
• Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
