Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher for the Edify School, Medchal. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging science lessons, developing curiosity and critical thinking among students, and supporting their academic and personal growth in alignment with the school curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver science lessons for middle school students (Grades 6–8 or equivalent)
Explain scientific concepts using age-appropriate methods, experiments, and activities
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports
Create a safe, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment
Encourage inquiry-based learning and scientific thinking
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or relevant teaching certification

Skills & Competencies

Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Good communication and presentation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
