We are seeking a passionate and skilled TGT Science & Mathematics Teacher who can inspire, challenge, and engage students, delivering high-quality education in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality instruction in Science and Mathematics to students up to Class 10th in adherence with the CBSE syllabus. Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse learning needs of students while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their academic growth. Promote a student-centered learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and collaboration. Ensure effective classroom management and foster positive student behaviors that contribute to a productive and respectful learning atmosphere. Utilize innovative teaching tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience and bring real-world relevance to lessons. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student performance, challenges, and achievements. Participate in school activities such as parent-teacher meetings, academic workshops, and professional development programs. Qualifications & Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Science or Mathematics (B.Sc., B.Ed., M.Sc., or equivalent). A Master's degree in the relevant field will be an advantage. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Science and Mathematics up to Class 10th in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and understanding of the examination system. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to present complex concepts in an accessible manner. Ability to create an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment . Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends and teaching methodologies.
