school Website & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and technically skilled FEMALE professional to manage our school website, handle social media platforms, and support the digital presence of the school. The ideal candidate should be able to update web content, capture and edit photos/videos of school events, and craft engaging posts to reflect the vibrant culture and academic excellence of a CBSE institution.

Key Responsibilities: Website Management

• Maintain and regularly update the school website with events, circulars, notices, academic details, and gallery.
• Ensure the website is CBSE-compliant, responsive, secure (SSL), and mobile-friendly.
• Upload relevant documents such as mandatory disclosures, holiday lists, newsletters, academic calendars, and exam schedules.
• Coordinate with external developers or hosting services for technical support.

Social Media Handling

• Manage official school accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) to showcase academics, events, festivals, achievements, etc.
• Write clear and grammatically correct captions and hashtags aligned with school values.
• Respond to messages/comments as per school guidelines.

Photography & Editing

• Take high-quality photos and videos during school functions, classroom activities, and special events.
• Edit images and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar.
• Organize and archive media content systematically for future use.

Content Drafting & Documentation

• Draft circulars, announcements, newsletters, press releases, and student spotlights.
• Support teachers/admin staff with presentations, certificates, or event coverage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, IT, Multimedia, Design, English, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school/education sector or media roles preferred.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), basic HTML (preferred).
• Skilled in using social media tools, basic graphic design, and editing software.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of CBSE documentation and digital compliance (e.g., uploading affiliation certificates, fire safety, etc.).
• Eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
• Familiarity with data privacy, student protection, and content approval protocols.
• Ability to manage tight timelines during school event coverage.
• Comfortable working in a team environment with teachers, admin, and students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,932.87 - ₹35,674.65 per month
