What You’ll Do: Design and develop brand assets that communicate our purpose and identity. Collaborate with events, marketing and distribution teams to design campaigns, visual content, and communication materials. Develop brand-aligned visual communication assets for print and digital media. Maintain a consistent visual language across all brand platforms. Contribute ideas and design thinking to help evolve our visual storytelling culture What We’re Looking For: 11–3 years of experience in the creative industry. Bachelor's Degree in design or any equivalent background. A portfolio that reflects strong design sense and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools. Familiarity with Generative AI Models. Ability to craft visuals that reflect thought, purpose and emotion. Familiarity with social media formats, print-ready artwork, and motion design basics.
