Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AME Instructor located in Neemrana. The AME Instructor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, conducting practical sessions in well-equipped labs, preparing educational materials, assessing student performance, and staying updated with the latest industry standards and training methods. The Instructor will also participate in curriculum development and provide guidance to students on their career paths in the aviation industry. Qualifications Technical skills in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering Experience in conducting practical sessions and using sophisticated testing equipment in labs Strong teaching and mentorship abilities Educational material preparation and curriculum development skills Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and training methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certification and licenses in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field Previous teaching experience in aviation education is a plus
