Role Overview:
To lead and oversee the academic operations of Classes 11–12, ensuring effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, high-quality instruction, and strong board exam performance. The role involves mentoring teachers, supporting students in achieving academic excellence, and ensuring that all academic processes align with institutional goals and CBSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership: Plan, organize, and monitor academic programs for Classes 11–12, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines and timely completion of syllabi.
• Teacher Mentoring and Support: Guide senior secondary teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and effective evaluation methods to enhance student outcomes.
• Board Exam Preparation: Oversee board exam readiness through mock tests, targeted interventions, and data-driven academic planning.
• Student Performance Monitoring: Track academic progress, analyze results, and coordinate remedial programs for underperforming students.
• Curriculum Implementation: Ensure alignment of classroom teaching with CBSE standards and promote conceptual depth, research-based learning, and practical application.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and the principal to ensure smooth academic operations and timely communication.
• Parent and Student Engagement: Facilitate academic orientation sessions, career guidance interactions, and parent meetings to support students’ learning and well-being.

• Board Exam Performance

At least 70% of students achieve above 75% in CBSE board examinations across all subjects.

• Teacher Performance and Support

At least 80% of senior secondary teachers under coordination achieve their individual academic KPIs (syllabus completion, student feedback, and improvement targets).

• Academic Delivery and Syllabi Completion

100% of the prescribed syllabus for Classes 11–12 is completed as per the academic calendar and properly documented in the syllabi format.

• Student Academic Improvement

Each section under coordination demonstrates measurable improvement (minimum 10%) in internal and pre-board assessments compared to the initial baseline.

• Stakeholder Feedback

80% positive feedback from students, teachers, and parents gathered through structured feedback forms and periodic surveys.

• Operational Compliance

All CBSE-related academic documentation, records, and reports are submitted within stipulated timelines with 100% accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree with B.Ed. (Experience in senior secondary coordination or subject leadership preferred).
