School Bus Driver

As a Bus Driver for our schools in Kharar and Mohali, your primary duty will be to transport students safely and efficiently to and from school, as well as to and from other school-related activities. You must ensure student safety on the bus, follow traffic laws and school procedures, and maintain the bus's mechanical condition. Key Responsibilities: - Safe Transportation: Drive the assigned route, adhere to traffic laws, and ensure the bus is in good working order. - Student Supervision: Maintain order on the bus, help students on and off, and address any safety concerns. - Route Adherence: Follow the assigned route and schedule, make timely stops, and communicate any route changes or delays. - Communication: Communicate with parents, school staff, and students as needed, including addressing any issues or concerns. - Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of the bus, report any mechanical issues, and ensure the bus is clean and well-maintained. - Safety Procedures: Follow all safety protocols, attend safety meetings, and ensure the bus is safe for students. Qualifications Required: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred. - Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and school staff. - Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. - Ability to maintain a calm and orderly environment on the bus.,
