At SCB, we are committed to driving performance, maximizing value, and ensuring long-term success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Ahmedabad . The professional will play a key role in IPO advisory, project finance, and corporate financial structuring . The responsibilities include: Assisting in IPO documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance Preparing and analyzing financial models, projections, and feasibility reports Supporting project finance transactions including debt syndication, investor presentations, and deal execution Collaborating with clients, merchant bankers, and regulatory bodies during the IPO process Providing financial insights for capital raising and strategic business decisions The role involves working closely with senior management to structure innovative financial solutions and contribute to the firm's growing capital markets practice. Qualifications Strong understanding of Corporate Finance , IPO process , and Project Finance Experience in financial modeling , valuation , and documentation support for capital market transactions Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in Excel , financial analysis tools , and MS Office Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in consulting or investment banking will be an advantage
