Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail. Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with a range of stakeholders. Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance or a learning attitude. Able to manage confidential information with professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage—you’ll understand the pace, teamwork, and people-focus that make our industry unique. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable. We are looking for a part-time (15 hours) administrator to help support. This is an opportunity to join our people team, helping to look after our people. The role will suit an individual who is an experienced administrator, able to work in a confidential environment by supporting the day to day processes with detail and precision.
