Changing my review - Experience was smooth at the center. However I was told that the report will be sent within 24hrs. No information on when the report will be given!! You guys should call the customer and inform if there is a delay, but nothing no message/no update!!!

They do not a thing about the procedures. They will first call you to the centre, and once you do the payment and go for actual scan that is when their staff will ask all sorts of pre-requisite for the scan. They won't inform you before the …

24 hours and still following up for MRI report. Had requested urgent turnaround, but to no avail. Called thrice in 2 hours (after 21 hours of MRI) and was informed that they’ll revert in 5 mins. Later they started ghosting the calls. They need to be more empathetic with paitents. No one is getting tested for fun!
