Role Overview: As a Revit Modeller / Scan2BIM Modeller at Terra Modus India, you will play a crucial role in the team, focusing on transforming Lidar scans into precise and detailed architectural models using the "Undet Pointcloud" software. Your primary duties include collaborating within a team to create accurate 3D architectural models, utilizing Revit software for converting point cloud data, ensuring precision in modeling, maintaining quality standards, contributing to process improvement, and effectively communicating progress to the project lead. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate within a team to create accurate 3D architectural models from Lidar scans - Use Revit software to convert point cloud data into intelligent BIM models - Ensure precision and detail in the modeling process - Participate in quality control processes to uphold high output standards - Contribute to enhancing modeling techniques and processes - Communicate effectively within the team and report progress to the project lead Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Revit software for creating accurate architectural models - Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus - Fresh graduate with a degree in Architectural or Civil studies - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work - Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes Company Details: Terra Modus India offers a competitive starting salary with growth potential post-probation, the chance to work with advanced BIM and point cloud modeling technology, structured learning opportunities, a supportive work environment, 3 weeks paid vacation per year, regular Monday to Friday working hours, and weekends off in addition to bank holidays.
