Scan to BIM Modeller

As a Revit Modeller / Scan2BIM Modeller at Terra Modus India, you will play a vital role in our team by transforming Lidar scans into precise and detailed architectural models using our proprietary software, "Undet Pointcloud." Your main duties will involve collaborating with the team to generate accurate 3D architectural models from Lidar scans, utilizing Revit software to convert point cloud data into intelligent BIM models, ensuring meticulousness and accuracy throughout the modeling process, participating in quality control procedures to uphold high output standards, contributing to enhancing our modeling techniques and processes continually, and effectively communicating within the team while updating the project lead on progress. We are looking for candidates who possess proficiency in Revit software to create accurate and detailed architectural models, with knowledge of AutoCAD considered a bonus. An ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with a degree in Architectural or Civil studies, demonstrating strong attention to detail, a dedication to producing high-quality work, fluency in English (both written and spoken), excellent teamwork and communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. The role offers a starting salary of 25000 INR during a 3-month probation period, subject to a performance review and potential increase thereafter within the salary range of 30000 - 40000 INR post the probation period. The position requires an immediate starting date and a work location on-site in Delhi, India. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off, along with bank holidays.
