Scan to BIM MEP Engineer

You will be playing a crucial role as a Scan to BIM MEP Engineer, contributing to the delivery of high-quality models. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely production of project documentation, studying disciplines before model creation, coordinating with BIM Coordinator/engineers, and developing 2D documentation from Models. It is essential to have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and proficiency in BIM software and MEP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring timely production of project documentation as per given detail. - Studying disciplines before starting the models. - Performing DWG clean-ups for GF/QC. - Creating BIM models on individual disciplines. - Coordinating with BIM Coordinator/engineers. - Highlighting issues to the coordinators/engineers. - Developing and extracting 2D documentation from Models. - Exporting/Printing from Documentation Revit files. - Producing revised shop drawings within provided time frames. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Mechanical. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Scan to BIM MEP Modelling. - Proficiency with REVIT, Navisworks, BIM360 software. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines consistently. - Knowledge of related software like Dynamo, Infraworks is advantageous.,
