Improve the customer experience with client services by ensuring that customer issues are attended promptly and all concerns are resolved immediately. Exceed expectations on conversation quality, timeliness of responses, and overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while servicing customers. Assist customers with urgent needs and guide them to the best solutions based on preferences and requests. Provide splendid customer service in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. Have sufficient knowledge about products and services and respond to inquiries accordingly. Build out customer knowledge bases to speed up and improve future replies. Think creatively and suggest innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, or customer service. Desired Candidate Profile : Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong command of grammar and syntax.
