Scala Lead

You will be responsible for the following in this role: - Experience and expertise in any of the following Languages: Scala/Python/Java - Proficiency in SPARK Architecture - Possess 5-10 years of experience - Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - Ability to understand Business requirements and translate them into Technical requirements - Excellent communication and collaborative skills with team members and vendors - Familiarity with development life cycle including CI/CD pipelines - Proven experience and interest in supporting existing strategic applications - Experience working with agile methodology You will be evaluated based on the following performance parameters: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software - 100% error-free onboarding & implementation - Throughput % - Adherence to the schedule/release plan 2. Quality & CSAT - On-Time Delivery - Manage software - Troubleshoot queries - Customer experience - Completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation 3.
