**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Consultant in the Production & Operations team within Industry X at , you will be part of a high-impact team that values creativity, problem-solving, and driving digital transformation for global manufacturers. Your role involves accelerating the digital transformation journey for clients, deploying digital manufacturing vision, and delivering value through AI-led solutions and innovative strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and collaborate with business and client stakeholders to understand pain points, design SAP solutions, and facilitate deployment - Provide support and training to users on business processes related to SAP modules and implementation - Drive sales by developing new SAP S4 Hana business, leading end-to-end sales processes, and responding to RFPs and RFIs - Develop cutting-edge assets, tools, methodologies, and Go-to-market offerings to transform client business and operations - Manage and mentor talented teams, contribute to talent strategy, and engage in capability development activities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM/EWM and S4 HANA/ECC, with analytical skills and domain expertise in industries like Lifesciences, CG&S, Automotive, etc. - Experience as a workstream lead or Solution Architect for Manufacturing work areas - Proficiency in scoping, designing, configuring SAP modules, and integrating them with third-party tools - At least two full cycle implementations experience in ECC or S/4HANA, with cross-module integration knowledge - Ability to write functional specifications, test new functionalities, and deliver technology guidance - Certifications in SAP ECC/S4 Hana modules, Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Agile (CSPO/CSM) will be advantageous - Knowledge of IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC is a plus **About Our Company:** is a global company that values sustained client relations management, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
