Role Overview: As a Data Associate at Accenture, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to evaluate data quality, identify discrepancies, perform detailed analysis, and derive valuable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include generating reports, extracting data, proactively addressing data issues, and enhancing processes to drive continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in managing databases, conducting data audits, and utilizing analytical techniques to generate actionable insights while working in coordination with team members. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Data: Build and maintain databases by collecting data from diverse sources. - Refine Data: Create and enforce data refining rules and rectify data deficiencies through logical validation. - Conduct Data Audit: Evaluate data quality, identify gaps, and update databases as needed. - Perform Data Analysis: Analyze prepared data according to established processes, derive insights, and create new analysis templates. - Technical Proficiency: Excel - Proficient in independent data analysis and structuring, with knowledge of Macros as a bonus. Alteryx (Optional) - Possess a general understanding of the tool and its basic functionalities.
