Job Description

S&C Global Network - AI - Retail - Consultant - Data Scientist (Retail Media experience)

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Solution Development:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models specifically for retail media applications, such as audience segmentation, attribution modeling, recommendation engines, and media mix optimization.
Client Collaboration & Consulting:
Partner with retail clients to understand their business challenges, identify AI/ML use cases within their retail media operations, and translate these into technical solutions.
Data Analysis and Modeling:
Work with large-scale, complex datasets from various sources (1st party and 3rd party data, sales transactions, customer interactions, website traffic) for data preparation, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
Insight Generation:
Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods to generate actionable insights and present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Technical Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and cloud architects, to design scalable data pipelines and integrate AI solutions into end-to-end workflows.
Innovation:
Support the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, and thought leadership for the retail media space, staying updated on the latest trends in data science and retail technology.
Documentation and Ethics:
Develop and maintain technical documentation of AI models and systems, ensuring solutions are ethical and aligned with data privacy regulations.
