Job Description

As a Data Science Manager in the S&C GN team, you will be based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, or Hyderabad. Leveraging your expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Gen AI, NLP, Python, R, AI, and SQL, you will be working with a dynamic Data Science team focused on transforming customer interactions through data-driven intelligence. The team specializes in the Contact Center domain, aiming to optimize operations by utilizing machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and advanced analytics. Your role will involve analyzing customer conversations, predicting user behavior, and enhancing self-service capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce call transfers. You will be instrumental in building conversational AI models, real-time recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions to drive meaningful business impact. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models, building and deploying ML models for intent classification and sentiment analysis, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing, you will integrate AI-driven solutions into existing platforms. As a Manager, you will be pivotal in stakeholder engagement, client communication, and business development. Translating complex AI/ML insights into actionable business strategies, you will present them to senior leadership and clients. Your role will involve leading client presentations, proposal development, and business growth initiatives to drive successful partnerships and long-term business impact. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills will be key in identifying new opportunities for innovation and expansion. To be successful in this role, you should possess a PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience, a Masters degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelors degree with 11+ years of experience.
