Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for SBI credit cards. Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels – DSA, corporate tie-ups, open market activities, and digital leads. Channel Management: Build, manage, and support channel partners to maximize productivity and reach. Regular training and motivation for channel partners and sales team to ensure consistent performance. Corporate Tie-ups: Initiate and manage corporate relationships for bulk sourcing of credit cards. Conduct presentations and campaigns at corporate offices. Market Analysis: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to plan sales strategies. Customer Relationship: Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
