Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote products, utilize effective sales techniques (upselling/cross-selling), negotiate deals, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to confidently answer questions, conduct demonstrations, and recommend appropriate solutions. Operational & Inventory Support: Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, assist with inventory management and stocking, and help maintain a clean and organized sales area. Team Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with team members to achieve store objectives, share customer insights with management, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
